Chad originally launched his agency in 2002 during his senior year at Texas Christian University (TCU). Majoring in Business Information Systems from the TCU Neeley School of Business, Chad was able to grow his agency to over 40 employees, becoming one of the leading award-winning digital agencies in Fort Worth. Chad has since married his wife, Amy, and together they have two young children. After running a large-scale agency for more than a decade, his years of wisdom and life-experience led Chad to scale the agency down to provide his clients with a boutique-like experience; providing them with one-on-one attention that a “big box” agency just simply couldn’t provide. Chad now runs his agency with his wife, Amy, and takes pride in offering his clients a truly unique experience, where you’re treated like family.
Amy Horany
Lead Designer & Developer
Amy graduated from Baylor University in 2009 with a degree in Graphic Design. Being a Fine Arts major, Amy was able to take on many creative roles throughout her career, including experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Web Development, Photography, Audience Development, Content Creation, Social Media Management and much more. Amy has also run her own interior design & lifestyle blog since 2012, and has been featured for her work on sites like Oprah.com, Better Homes & Gardens, The Huffington Post, Apartment Therapy, BuzzFeed, and much more. After marrying Chad and having two children together, Amy happily joined the team at {algo+rhythm}, putting her many years of experience to good use. Having such similar backgrounds in the digital world, it was a no-brainer to join her husband, Chad, in this exciting and ever-changing industry.
